This artwork is a part of my ‘Gods and Goddesses’ series. It is a huge mounted stained glass portrait of Poseidon, the Greek God of the sea, earthquakes, storms, and horses. He is the son of Cronus and Rhea and brother to Zeus and Hades. The glass is a mixture of antique hand blown glass and stained glass and contains over 500 handcut and copper wrapped peices.
This unique hand crafted centre peice would be the focal point in any home, office, gallery or yacht club. The timber is a mixture of Tasmanian wood (predominately myrtle) and was handcrafted by a local tasmanian craftsman.
